What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be treated right away, please be sure to call our office to schedule your new patient appointment. You can fill out your intake paperwork in person or you have the option to fill it out online, sent to you by email. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with a doctor to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next a physical examination will be performed to determine problem areas and the Doctors will create the best plan of action for your care, based on your exam findings and specific recommendations. Doctors will determine if it is appropriate to be treated on day 1.
second visit
On your next visit, we will walk you through what care looks like in our office and answer any questions you may have moving forward. Treatment will begin and your body will soon be on the path of health and healing!
